On 25 May 2020 the Japanese Government lifted the nationwide
state of emergency. However the state of emergency being lifted
does not imply that the risk of Covid-19 infections within a
company will be entirely eliminated. This article explains the
criteria for issuing an order to stay at home or return to work in
the event an employee is infected with Covid-19.
