In response to the #COVID19 pandemic, under the advice of the Government, many employers were forced to allow staff to work from home, significantly reducing the number of employees working from the office. While we continue to phase staff back into the office, #HR manager Hayley Xerri, who provides both internal and outsourced HR services, looked at how working from home impacted staff sickness days.

Hayley compared this year's data with that from 2019, and found a significant drop in sickness when staff were working from home.
