In a recent decision (N°44997C du rôle), the
Luxembourg Administrative Court confirmed and even reinforced the
right of Members of Parliament (Chambre des
Députés) to have access to documents entered
into by the government and a third party containing a
confidentiality clause. The dispute arose between a Member of
Parliament and the government in relation to the government's
refusal to communicate the contracts and conventions concluded
between the State and "RTL Group".
