On August 18, the National Institute for Transparency, Access to
Information and Personal Data Protection ("INAI")
issued Resolution Number INAI/228/18, which launched the Public Sector
Privacy Notice Generator, an online tool that allows data
controllers to issue their own privacy notice without being a
specialist in data protection matters (source document in
Spanish).
