On 29 June 2018 the amendment to the act on renewable energy sources and certain other laws was published in the Journal of Laws (the "Amendment"). It introduces a number of significant changes to the Act of 20 February 2015 on renewable energy sources (the "RES Act"), in the Act of 20 May 2016 on investments in wind power (the "Distance Act") and the Construction Law Act of 7 May July 1994 ("Construction Law"). The major part of the changes will come into force on 14 July 2018.
