Regulation of Members of the Board of Governors No. 22/7/PADG/2020 dated April 27, 2020, regarding the Fourth Amendment of Members of the Board of Governors Regulation No. 20/5/PADG/2018 regarding Implementation of Open Market Operation ("OPT") Instruments. This Regulation provides that BI may carry out the early termination of (i) conventional OPT repo transactions, (ii) conventional OPT repo reverse transactions, (iii) sharia OPT repo transactions, and (iv) sharia OPT repo reverse transactions. This Regulation came into force on the date of its stipulation.

Regulation of Members of the Board Governors No. 22/8/PADG/2020 dated April 27, 2020, regarding the Fifth Amendment of Members of the Board of Governors Regulation No. 20/6/PADG/2018 regarding Implementation of OPT Instruments. This Regulation contains provisions on when an early termination of repo transactions and repo reverse transactions may be carried out. This Regulation came into force on the date of its stipulation.

BI Regulation No. 22/5/PBI/2020 dated April 30, 2020, regarding the Second Amendment of BI Regulation No. 19/3/PBI/2017 regarding ShortTerm Liquidity Loans ("PLJP") for Conventional Commercial Banks. This amendment regulates the (i) conditions for conventional commercial banks that intend to acquire PLJP, (ii) the condition for PLJP collateral, (iii) PLJP application documents, and (iv) the Termination of PLJP disbursements. This Regulation came into force on the date of its promulgation.

BI Regulation No. 22/6/PBI/2020 dated April 30, 2020, regarding the Second Amendment of BI Regulation No. 19/4/PBI/2017 regarding Sharia PLJP for Sharia Commercial Banks. This Regulation provides that sharia commercial banks intending to receive short-term liquidity loans must (i) receive an assessment from the OJK regarding their solvability and health, (ii) possess quality collateral to be used as security and (iii) possess the ability to repay the PLJPS. This Regulation came into force on the date of its promulgation.

BI Regulation No. 22/7/PBI/2020 dated April 30, 2020, regarding Adjustment of the Implementation of Several Bank Indonesia Regulations as a Result of the Corona Virus 2019 (COVID-19) Pandemic. This Regulation introduces adjustments to, among other things, (i) licensing processes, (ii) reporting submissions, (iii) correspondence and/or meetings, (iv) treasury services, (v) National Clearing System fees and (vi) credit card operations. This Regulation came into force on the date of its promulgation.

Regulation of Members of the Board of Governors No. 22/10/PADG/2020 dated April 29, 2020, regarding the Fifth Amendment of Members of the Board of Governors Regulation No. 22/10/PADG.2018 regarding Minimum Giro ("GWM") in Rupiah and Foreign Currency for Conventional Commercial Banks, Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units. This Regulation introduces, among other things, a (i) decrease in GWM in Rupiah for conventional commercial banks, from 5.5% to 3.5%, and a (ii) decrease in GWM in Rupiah for sharia commercial banks and sharia business units, from 4% to 3.5%. This Regulation came into force on May 1, 2020.

Regulation of Members of the Board of Governors No. 22/14/PADG/2020 dated May 28, 2020, regarding Procedures for Licensing and Administering Central Counterparties for Interest Rate Derivatives and Over-the-Counter Exchange Rates. This Regulation provides rules for the licensing and operation of central counterparty institutions for interest rate derivative transactions and over-the-counter exchange rates. This Regulation came into force on June 1, 2020.

Regulation of Members of the Board of Governors No. 22/16/PADG/2020 dated June 15, 2020, regarding the Second Amendment of Regulation of Members of the Board of Governors No. 19/8/PADG/2017 regarding Short-Term Sharia Liquidity Funding for Commercial Sharia Banks. This Regulation amends the Sharia Short-Term Liquidity Payment ("PLJPS") application process at BI. It adds new provisions including one that other collateral for PLJPS as requested by BI shall be free from any agreements, disputes and confinements, and is not a security to other parties and/or BI. This Regulation came into force on the date of its stipulation.

Regulation of Members of the Board of Governors No. 22/17/PADG/2020 dated July 10, 2020, regarding the Amendment of Regulation of Members of the Board of Governors No. 19/21/PADG/2017 regarding Provision of Prefunds in Organizing Fund Transfers and Scheduled Clearing by Bank Indonesia. This Regulation amends provisions on the minimum prefund debit shall in Debit Clearing Services and Regular Billing Services. It came into force on the date of its stipulation.

Indonesia Stock Exchange Circular Letter No. SE-00003/BEI/05-2020 dated May 29, 2020, regarding Procedures for Electronic Public Expose Implementation. This Circular Letter provides that listed companies can carry out their required annual public expose electronically, such as by teleconference, video conference or other electronic means that enables the company's management to be seen and heard live and members taking part in the public expose to participate and interact. This Circular Letter came into force on the date of its issuance.

DKI JAKARTA GOVERNOR WEBSITE

DKI Jakarta Governor Regulation No. 61 of 2020 dated June 30, 2020, regarding the Granting of Regional Levies Relief and/or Eliminating Administrative Sanctions for Levy Payers Affected by COVID-19. This Regulation provides leniency for the payment of regional levies and/or waives administrative sanctions for violations related to levy payments for subjects affected by COVID-19 in DKI Jakarta. This Regulation is intended as a guideline to be implemented by officials in DKI Jakarta. It came into force on the date of its enactment.

DKI Jakarta Governor Regulation No. 61 of 2020 dated June 24, 2020, regarding Travel Controls in DKI Jakarta for the Prevention of the Spread of COVID-19. Under this Regulation, anyone applying for an Exit and Entry Permit (Surat Izin Keluar Masuk or "SIKM") must complete a form through the corona.jakarta.go.id website and upload the required documents in the form of an Identification Card ("KTP")/Permanent Stay Permit/Temporary Stay Permit, photo and the result of a Corona Likelihood Metric ("CLM"). The CLM is valid for seven days and may be reactivated by updating the applicant data, statement and information through the corona.jakarta.go.id website. This Regulation came into force on the date of its enactment.

DKI Jakarta Governor Regulation No. 51 of 2020 dated June 4, 2020, regarding the Implementation of Large-Scale Social Distancing During the Transition Period for a Healthy, Safe and Productive Community. This Regulation contains guidelines to implement large-scale social distancing during the transition period in DKI Jakarta, including the enforcement of health protocols, the phasing in of community events/activities and the control of transportation modes. It came into force on the date of its enactment. This Regulation has been revoked by DKI Jakarta Governor Regulation No. 80 of 2020 regarding the same.

DKI Jakarta Governor Regulation No. 66 of 2020 dated July 24, 2020, regarding Emissions Tests for Motor Vehicles. This Regulation stipulates that individual passenger cars operating in DKI Jakarta must pass an emissions test at least once a year. Vehicle owners not complying with the emissions test requirement shall be subject to a disincentive in the form of higher parking rates as referred to in the DKI Governor regulation on onroad and/or off-road parking rates. This Regulation shall come into force on January 24, 2021.

DKI Jakarta Governor Regulation No. 79 of 2020 dated August 19, 2020, regarding the Implementation and Enforcement of Health Protocols for the Prevention and Control of COVID-19. This Regulation sets forth mechanisms to implement, supervise, enforce and evaluate health protocols in DKI Jakarta. The subjects of this Regulation include individuals, businesses, managers, operators and the people in charge of public places and facilities. This Regulation includes fines for violations of health protocols. It came into force on the date of its enactment.

DKI Jakarta Governor Decision No. 781 of 2020 dated July 28, 2020, regarding the Revocation of Governor Decision No. 12/- 1.711.52/PMDN/8/1990 regarding Location Permit/Designation Permit for Use of Land. This Decision came into force on the date of its enactment.
