On 17 December 2019, the FCA published its 26th Primary Market
Bulletin in which it noted that it was in the process of updating a
number of the technical and procedural notes that it maintains in
its "Knowledge Base" providing guidance in relation to
its prospectus rules to reflect the new EU Prospectus Regulation.
Pending updates to guidance that require more substantive changes
than simply updating terminology, etc., the FCA says that the
existing guidance should be applied to prospectuses drawn up under
the Prospectus Regulation to the extent that the guidance is
compatible with that Regulation.
The FCA Bulletin can be found here.
