On November 2, a bank notified customers of unauthorized access to
online customer accounts between October 4 and October 14. The bank
disclosed that the incident may have exposed customers' full
names, dates of birth, email addresses, phone numbers, bank account
numbers, balance information, and statement histories. The bank
suspended online access to these customers' accounts and
offered a subscription to credit monitoring services for affected
customers.
