Federal Reserve Board To Provide Updates On Liquidity And Lending Facilities

The Federal Reserve Board ("FRB") stated that it will begin providing monthly
updates on liquidity and lending facilities which receive funding
under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security
Act ("CARES Act").
According to the FRB, the reports will include:
- names and details of participants in the facilities;
- total amounts borrowed and interest rates charged; and
- each facility's costs, revenue, and fees.
