The Depository Trust Company ("DTC") filed with the SEC a proposed rule change to amend its recovery and wind-down plan. The plan sets forth a roadmap, should DTC be unable to continue providing its critical services as a going concern.

The plan was submitted by DTC in connection with its first biennial review of a recovery and wind-down plan. DTC submitted the proposed rule change for immediate effectiveness. The SEC requested that all comments on the proposal be submitted by April 23, 2021.
