Anna Morfey

Anna Morfey focuses on all aspects of contentious EU and competition law. Anna has a wealth of experience in European and domestic antitrust investigations, follow-on and stand-alone damages claims, and merger transactions. She possesses extensive litigation experience in the High Court, Competition Appeal Tribunal, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court and, at European level, before the General Court and Court of Justice. He also represented several of the major European railway companies in their claim relating to the carbon graphite cartel and acted for claimants in connection with the methionine, feed phosphates and industrial bags cartels.

Luke Streatfeild

Luke is a competition disputes specialist who has acted on some of the largest and most complex competition litigation matters in recent years, including bringing and defending major collective proceedings before the Competition Appeal Tribunal, and advising a group of leading financial institutions in relation to the litigation and settlement of multi-party actions in the Competition Appeal Tribunal and the High Court. He has extensive knowledge of the collective proceedings regime under the Consumer Rights Act and is part of the Hausfeld team representing Justin Gutmann in bringing the first ever standalone claim under this regime.
