We are pleased to invite you to the next "midi de l'entreprise" which will take place in the auditorium of Arendt House on Tuesday 27 February 2024 at 12.30 pm on the theme : Luxembourg tax update: Modernisation of the investment tax credit regime and personal income tax changes.
On 19 December 2023, the Luxembourg Parliament adopted the law amending the investment tax credit framework to support the digital transformation of businesses, as well as their environmental and energy transition. On the same day, bill No. 8343 adjusting the tax scale and updating revaluation coefficients to account for inflation in calculating taxable capital gains had been adopted. Another law amending the CO2 tax credit passed on 19 December 2023. Finally, additional changes have already been announced by the government.
Our experts Charlotte Demangeat and Alain Goebel will provide an overview of the key aspects of these new measures and present the forthcoming tax changes during a 30-minute presentation, followed by a question and answer session.
