Rogelio "Roy" J. Carrasquillo, Scott E. Bettridge and
Mark L. Silow were featured in the Daily
Business Review article, "Five Partners Leave

Roy Carrasquillo and Scott Bettridge are now partners at Fox
Rothschild LLP and will be practicing out of the firm's New
York and Miami offices, respectively. Both specialize in assisting
foreign companies relocate to the United States under the EB-5
program.
"EB-5 immigrant investor programs provide substantial value
and opportunity to many of the firm's international clients,
and the addition of Roy and Scott significantly boosts our
capabilities in that area," Mark L. Silow, Fox's firmwide
managing partner, said in a statement. "We are delighted to
