Groom senior counsel Paul Rinefierd will speak at the American Bar Association’s (“ABA’s”) virtual meeting, “ERISA: Beyond the Basics,” taking place May 7 through May 9.
Rinefierd will present the panel, “Arbitration of ERISA Claims in the Context of a Circuit Split on Enforceability,” on Thursday May 9 at 2:00 p.m. ET. The panel will cover ERISA claims case law developments with particular focus on Dorman v. Charles Schwab.
