The Spanish Business Council in collaboration with BSA Ahmad Bin Hezeem & Associates LLP would like to invite you to join the seminar "Overview on Compliance & Sanctions in the UAE".

Sanctions are limitations that one country or a coalition of countries put on another country or on an individual of that country. The reasons as to why a country may impose a sanction against another can consist of several matters, such as politics, the economy or for national security purposes. As these matters change significantly over short periods of time, sanctions are susceptible to frequent change.

This seminar will focus on the UAE's extensive and frequently changing sanctions in the region. It will highlight the impact that sanctions have on the nation, specifically in relation to various industries, such as trade. It will also look at the consequences that may arise as a result of a breach and how to comply with such measures.
