Maples and Calder (Ireland) LLP, the Maples Group's law firm, is pleased to have advised Addition on the Irish corporate legal aspects of its investment in Tines.

Addition is a venture capital firm that invests in early and growth-stage technology companies and was set up by former Tiger Global Management veteran Lee Fixel.

This Series B funding round for Irish cybersecurity automation start-up Tines was led by Addition, with participation from cybersecurity giant CrowdStrike, through its Falcon Fund, and Silicon Valley CISO Investments. Previous supporters Accel and Blossom Capital also invested.

A team based in the Group's Irish office advised Addition and was led by Corporate Partner, Patrick Quinlan with assistance from Associate, Keelin Gavagan.
