The 2022 Lexpert Special Edition: Infrastructure has named 16 Davies partners among Canada's top practitioners.
Over the past year, we expanded our role in the Greater Toronto Area's Light Rapid Transit boom to encompass all seven announced projects, including the GO Rail Expansion On-Corridor Project, the largest project in Metrolinx's GO Expansion program. In public-private partnerships, we continue to lead the charge on the following trends:
- campus energy system upgrades at U.S. universities and organizations, such as the National Western Center in Colorado, Syracuse University, University of Maryland, University of Louisville and University of Iowa;
- Canada's developing digital infrastructure, including advising DIF Capital Partners and Valley Fiber on an investment in the Manitoba Fibre project that expands broadband service to underserved rural communities in Manitoba; and
- modernization of social infrastructure, including education and hospital facilities in both Canada and the United States, increasing energy efficiency and environmental friendliness.
