The Ministry of Economy published on July 26 the Ordinance No.
309/2019 that establishes new rules for the analysis of the
requests for ex-tariffs. The ex-tariff consists of a temporary
reduction of the import tax rate, usually for two years, provided
that the imported product is not produced domestically.
