- The Ministry of Corporate Affairs
(MCA) has notified the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of
Directors) (Amendment) Rules, 2014 whereby it has clarified that an
individual shall not be required to pass the online self-assessment
test, when he has serves as director or KMP, for a period of not
less than 10 years
