On 11 October 2017, the House of Commons Justice Committee
published its First Special Report of Session 2017-2019 on
the implications of Brexit for the Crown Dependencies. The report
sets out the government's response to the Justice
Committee's report on implications of Brexit for the Crown
Dependencies. The government's response confirms that there is
no intention to change the constitutional relationship between the
UK and the Crown Dependencies. The government response also commits
to providing a status update in early 2018.
