Dear Friends of Labuan,

I trust this note finds you well and safe, notwithstanding the surging COVID-19 cases globally. On the homefront, Malaysia is undergoing its third wave of infections, and Labuan has been affected more seriously than previously but swift action is being taken, and the rate of infection is already showing signs of decreasing.

On the back of the successful hosting of the Asian Captive Conference 2020, our final flagship event for the year will be the 2nd edition of CoDE Asia on 10 December, so please do join us as we discuss how digital innovation has been the single biggest enabler in the fight against the pandemic and how our licensees have contributed.
