Helsinki Exchanges has restructured its current stock exchange lists. The new Main List has replaced the Official List, while the OTC List and the Brokers´ List have been merged into I-List. A new NM-List (Nouveau-Marché) will provide a new alternative for innovative growth companies, e.g. in the technology branch. In addition, a new Prelist has been established for companies in preparation to go public.

The new list structure will not change the position or requirements of the listed companies. Identical disclosure requirements and trading hours are applied on all lists.

  • Main list: targeted at companies that have established a stable financial position. The minimum market value requirement is FIM 200 million.
  • I-List: targeted at mid-sized companies with a solid operational and financial position. All OTC and Broker's list companies are transferred to the I-List. The minimum market value requirement is FIM 20 million.
  • NM-List: targeted at innovative, internationally oriented growth companies. The NM-List is intended to be a meeting point of capital intensive growth companies and profit oriented venture capital. The minimum market value requirement is FIM 10 million.
  • Prelist: available to companies preparing for listing. The Prelist is intended to bring trading to a company that has announced its intention to seek listing. The Exchange's recommendation is that no security remains on the Prelist for more than one year.
