Kane Russell Coleman Logan's (KRCL) Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Creditors' Rights team has been announced as an award recipient for their work, along with that of other restructuring professionals, by The M&A Advisor in its 18th annual Turnaround Awards.

KRCL was honored in the "Restructuring Award Category" for the restructuring of Auto Plus [Restructuring of the Year ($250MM to $500MM)]. Members of the team include Joseph Coleman, John Kane, Mike Ridulfo, Brian Clark and Brian Hail.

According to Roger Aguinaldo, Founder and CEO of The M&A Advisor, "Recipients represent the best of the distressed investing and restructuring industry in 2023 and earned these honors by standing out in a group of very impressive candidates. Given the volatile nature of business over several years, and in an uncertain, rising-rate environment that is increasingly demanding of its professionals, we have recognized the leading transactions, firms and individuals that represent the highest levels of performance."

The award will be presented at a Gala on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, in Palm Beach, Florida, as part of the 2024 Distressed Investing Summit.

The Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Creditors' Rights team also received a Turnaround Award [Chapter 11 Reorganization of the Year ($25MM to $100MM)] for the 2017 reorganization of Valuepart, Inc. and in 2023 [Chapter 11 Reorganization of the Year ($10MM to $100MM)] for a 2022 transaction representing the controlling equity of the Debtor, a multi-state waste management company.
