Caplin & Drysdale is pleased to announce that Associates Amanda Reed and Arjun Ghosh have been selected to be part of two Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) programs.

Ms. Reed will participate in the LCLD’s Fellows program focusing on mid-career attorneys while Mr. Ghosh will participate in LCLD’s Pathfinder program focusing on early-career attorneys. Both programs connect high-potential attorneys from diverse backgrounds with LCLD Member organizations, providing professional and personal development opportunities through trainings and meetings on leadership and relationship building.

In 2009, LCLD was founded to build a legal profession as diverse and dynamic as the country is serves. In the last 15 years, LCLD has designed five different programs to attract, inspire, and nurture legal talent thereby helping a new and more diverse generation of attorneys ascend to positions of leadership.

Ms. Reed is an Associate in Caplin & Drysdale's Exempt Organizations, Political Law, and Corporate Law practice groups. She represents private foundations, public charities, and other tax-exempt organizations on a range of tax, formation and operational issues. Ms. Reed rejoined Caplin & Drysdale in 2022 after working as in-house counsel to one of the nation’s largest and most prominent private foundations.

Mr. Ghosh is an Associate in Caplin & Drysdale’s International Tax, Political Law, Complex Litigation, and Business, Investment & Transactional Tax practice groups. He works in the International Tax group advising individuals and multinational corporations on a broad range of tax issues with a particular focus on international tax and transfer pricing planning and advocacy for corporate clients.
