NASHVILLE – FordHarrison LLP, one of the country’s largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that Howard B. Jackson has joined the Nashville, TN office as Partner.

Howard has nearly 30 years of legal experience and focuses his practice on advising employers in matters related to employment litigation and traditional labor. Howard has represented employers in many labor and employment law settings from counter-organizing campaigns, to NLRB litigation, to employment discrimination cases and employee restrictive agreement litigation. Understanding that prevention is the best medicine, Howard frequently counsels and trains employers to find positive outcomes and minimize risk. Before attending law school, Howard earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Master of Divinity from Duke University.
