Appleby is proud once again to support International Women's Day. The 2024 theme of #InspireInclusion reminds us that we all have a role to play in collectively creating a more inclusive world for women.

Held annually on 8 March, International Women's Day celebrates the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women and marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality. The #InspireInclusion theme for 2024 focuses on how when we inspire others to understand and value women's inclusion, we create a better world. When women themselves are inspired to be included, there is a sense of belonging, relevance and empowerment.

At Appleby, we know that co-creation with colleagues is key to ensuring our own Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) programme creates meaningful change. Our colleagues inspire inclusion by contributing to that programme and shaping our DIB strategy. We're proud to deliver change which has been directly inspired by our team.

Here, three of our DIB Champions explain what #InspireInclusion means to them and its significance as the theme for this year's International Women's Day.
