Dickinson Wright is pleased to announce that Ellad Gersh has joined the firm's Toronto office as a Partner in the firm's Litigation Group.

Ellad has a full-service commercial litigation practice with a special emphasis on real property disputes, including construction litigation, commercial tenancy disputes, mortgage enforcement, and mortgage fraud. He also has a subspecialty in tax litigation and represents his clients in their tax-related disputes with the Canadian Revenue Agency in the Tax Court of Canada. Ellad's business litigation experience, skill set, and pragmatic approach help his clients navigate their business or tax-related disputes and achieve excellent results in and out of Court.

Ellad was called to the Bar in 2010. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Advocates' Society, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Canadian Tax Foundation. He received his BBA from the University of Toronto in 2004 and his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2009.
