Significantly, Bain's US$3.16 billion take-private of Chindata in particular, has been awarded as Private Equity Deal of the Year at the Asia Legal Awards, while also receiving a corresponding recognition at the IFLR APAC 2024. Prior to these awards, it was recognised as one of China Deals of the Year 2023.
