DMH Stallard is delighted to have advised the shareholders of Fabco Sanctuary Limited on selling 80% of their shares to investor Storskogen UK Limited.

Since its founding in 2008, Fabco Sanctuary Limited has transformed the steel window industry with their creativity and technology. With unique designs and unparalleled performance values, they have been setting the new standard for the industry. Today Fabco has 88 employees and operates out of their premises in West Sussex.

Vincent O'Brien, led the DMH Stallard team, acting for the shareholders of Fabco Sanctuary Limited, a UK company founded in 2008 and the existing management team will continue to operate the business with strategic support from founder Grant Cane.
