Despite fears of a reduction in occupier demand as a result of
Brexit, the latest figures show the opposite.
Research by Radius Data Exchange shows a 7% year on year
increase in London office lettings in Q3. They note that this is up
by 6% and 18% respectively against the 5 year and 10 year quarterly
averages.
The London office market is looking remarkably Brexit-proof.
