Wilson Elser compiled information from the appellate courts in
New York to provide an overview of alternative court procedures
during this unprecedented time of closures due to the COVID-19
pandemic. Executive order 202.8 (which extended statutory and
regulatory service and filing deadlines and statutes of limitations
until April 18, 2020) has been extended again in executive order
202.14 through May 7, 2020.
