The Securities and Exchange Commission issued a release on
October 11, 2017, proposing amendments to Regulation S-K, and its
related rules and forms, citing a desire to modernize and simplify
the current disclosure requirements for public companies,
investment advisers and investment companies, while continuing to
provide all material information to investors.
