The MSRB proposed a rule change that would increase the
professional fee for municipal advisors. The assessment fee charged
under MSRB Rule A-11 for each municipal advisor
professional would go from $500 to $1,000 over a two-year period.
The change is immediately effective; however, the first amended
payments are not due until April 30, 2020.
