Lo studio cresce sia
internamente che esternamente, sviluppando capacità
culturali sempre più apprezzate dal mercato. Massimo
Calderan e Laurent Lehner raccontano a MAG le ultime
novità.
Era il 1978 quando l'avvocato Peter Altenburger, da cui ha
preso il nome lo studio, fondava a Zurigo una boutique di nicchia,
specializzata in ambito tax, corporate e m&a. Da allora lo
studio è cresciuto. Da Zurigo ha aperto una sede a Ginevra
nel 2003 e a Lugano nel 2014. Parallelamente, sono nati tre desk:
dapprima quello italiano e russo, poi, più recentemente, nel
2018 – quando lo studio ha compiuto 40 anni di
attività – è arrivato quello Svizzera-Cina. Dai
cinque professionisti, la boutique elvetica
ne conta ora oltre trenta, divisi in sei dipartimenti e attivi in
oltre nove lingue di lavoro. Non a caso, il profilo dei desk
è stato creato per l'affinità culturale e
linguistica che lo studio ha con alcune giurisdizioni.
