Milbank LLP advised the initial purchasers in connection with
the high yield offering of €250 million senior secured notes
due 2024 and a new revolving credit facility by Schoeller Packaging
B.V., the direct parent of Schoeller Allibert Group B.V.
Schoeller Allibert, a Brookfield portfolio company, has been
inventing, developing, designing and manufacturing Returnable
Transit Packaging (RTP) for more than 50 years and is the European
market leader focused on sustainability with operations worldwide.
This is the debut issuance since Brookfield’s acquisition of
Schoeller Allibert.
The Milbank team was led by European Leveraged Finance/Capital
Markets partners Apostolos Gkoutzinis and Alexandra Grant working
closely with special counsel Trevor Truman and associates Lauren
Obee, Bernardo Zang, Andrea Sorace and Henry Madell.
