FINRA appointed Deborah Bailey and Kathryn
Ruemmler to the Board of Governors. Ms. Bailey was appointed as a
public member; Ms. Ruemmler was appointed as an industry
member.
Ms. Bailey is a former Managing Director with KPMG's
Financial Services Regulatory Practice, serving as the U.S. and
Global Leader for Regulatory Solutions Development.
Ms. Ruemmler is the Global Head of Regulatory Affairs at Goldman
Sachs, and previously served as White House counsel to President
Barack H. Obama.
