OFAC Extends Expiration Date Of Venezuela General License - April 22, 2020

OFAC amended a general license authorizing certain
transactions and activities involving Petróleos de
Venezuela, S.A. ("PdVSA").
Under General License 8F, OFAC extended the expiration date
under former General License 8E authorizing certain
"maintenance" activities by specified companies and their
subsidiaries in Venezuela with PdVSA until December 1, 2020.
The amended general license went into effect on April 21,
2020.
