Seyfarth's ADA statistics were referenced in a June 22 story
from the Port Charlotte Sun, "Charlotte County to pay $10,500
over ADA lawsuit; make website more accessible." These website
accessibility lawsuits nearly tripled last year across the country.
According to Seyfarth, there were 814 website accessibility cases
in 2017. That ballooned 177 percent last year, to 2,258. You can
